This machine is truly remarcable.
Built in 1950 thanks to Marcello Nizzoli who has been collaborating with the Olivetti company since 1938. It is an elegant object with very clean and compact lines compared to the previous models. In 1959 it was chosen by a commission of one hundred designers from the Illinois Institute of Technology as the best design product made in the last 100 years. Won the "Compasso d'Oro" in 1956. Today it is part of the permanent design collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York.

La macchina da scrivere è in ottime condizioni, l’anno di costruzione non corrisponde a quello dell’inserzione, infatti non è del 1951 ma degli anni ‘60. Detto questo, ho apprezzato la velocità di spedizione e l’assistenza post vendita, il venditore mi ha aiutato con gentilezza e disponibilità.
