Lettera 22: an italian legend, the symbol of typing,
Built in 1950 thanks to Marcello Nizzoli who has been collaborating with the Olivetti company since 1938. It is an elegant object with very clean and compact lines compared to the previous models. In 1959 it was chosen by a commission of one hundred designers from the Illinois Institute of Technology as the best design product made in the last 100 years. Won the "Compasso d'Oro" in 1956. Today it is part of the permanent design collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York.

Macchina in buono stato meccanico vista anche la peculiarità. Danno non troppo grave non dichiarato in fase di vendita ripagato in parte dal servizio e dalla gentilezza.

I purchased this typewriter as a gift for someone and it arrived it perfect condition. Christian also included a cover for the typewriter and asked if I wanted a message/name put on. It arrived about 6 days after I ordered, so very fast for a delivery from Italy to Ireland. Very happy with the purchase, would order from Christian again
