Designed by architect and designer Marcello Nizzoli and conceived as the evolution of Lettera 22, the 32 was very popular with journalists and students. Produced starting from 1963.
Lettera 32 was used by Bob Dylan, Philip Roth, Günter Grass and Francis Ford Coppola's movies.
But the real beauty is its unbeatable performance and durability: a timeless machine with an unique recognizable sound.

This item was shipped promptly and arrived well-packed. Upon unpacking, everything was as shown in the photos. There appears to be a fresh ribbon (only did a few strokes out of excitement). The type sample paper that was in the photos was also included, as well as a protective felt over the typebars and an Olivetti branded felt for use on the table. It is (and was listed as) a QZERTY keyboard, so many typos will abound! I look forward to years of use. Thank you for the transaction. Grazie from Las Vegas, NV, USA.
